Cancellations and modifications must be notified via e-mail to info@motelvilladelrio.co.nz and confirmed by the motel.
Cancellations made 2 days prior to check-in date will incur no charge, cancellations made after this time may result in charge for the first night. Policies differ for group bookings.
Payment may be charged to card regardless of your chosen method of payment. Please ensure card is valid, otherwise booking may be terminated.
Self check-in may be required. Instructions will be sent via email or txt. If booking for third party, please ensure instructions can be relayed onto guests.
A $50 security deposit may be held, and charged for any incurred fees (e.g. extra guests, damages), else fully refunded to guest card on day of check-out.
Payment for accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival (if not already done so). Charges will be made for the number of guests staying and/or number of beds used.
Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only and will incur additional charge.
Visitors are permitted in moderation until 10pm and are to abide by rules. Visitors staying past this time will be charged as guests and will be the responsibility of the booker.
Noise must be kept at a minimum for the comfort of all guests.
Smoking is permitted outside of rooms.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest of 18 years or over.
